Our Story Integrity Business Solutions was established with a vision of enhancing the accounting functions of small to medium sized companies throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Integrity founder Bryan Thompson began his career as an auditor for Arthur Anderson. He moved into the private sector serving as assistant controller, controller, CFO, and CAO for publicly and privately held entertainment and financial service companies. This is where he experienced the need for skilled, reliable, diligent, and conscientious temporary financial-project professionals. This is also where he learned the importance of constantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of all accounting and financial reporting processes.

Along with common characteristics such as integrity, diligence, and productivity, all of our consultants share the same passion: helping people do their jobs more efficiently. It is why they have left the world of salaried employment to become consultants.
